Taken on Sunday's walk as I started to work out the soreness in my legs.
Sunday wasn't too bad - the worst pain came Monday, especially when climbing or descending the stairs.
After a short, painful run on Tuesday, everything is almost back to normal.
Ouch! Sorry to hear that, but glad that you are getting back to normal now! Hope that you have a good weekend. xx

ReplyDeleteThe tiny little yellow or white or pink details along the trips make all the difference and can go far in cheering up your day. Glad to hear the aches and pain is subsiding and you're getting back to normal. I can only imagine based on my days when I double up my gym routine with a full push-mow of our property. Ok, not even close - but I do appreciate your soreness. Have a wonderful weekend Shirley.
