Down The Stairs

Since I'm still in the midst of transferring all my photos, software, plug ins, and actions to a newer PC, I don't have any super recent photos to share today. The photo here was taken almost 2 weeks ago, when I was at the lake with some friends - the stairs down to the beach of Lake Michigan.

This Way Topaz Adjust HDR

I used the Topaz Adjust plug-in for Lightroom to process this image - I thought a gentle HDR treatment might enhance the steep perspective I was going for.

Here is the original:

I don't use Topaz Adjust all that often, but I do like the effects you can achieve with it.

  4. Wonderful photo in the first place but the edit has really smartened it - makes you feel like you can hear the sounds of the waves and rustling of the weeds more clearer almost. Really lovely photo.
