Saturday Morning and Self Portraits

It's still hot, but a cold front is moving in.

I slept in and opted to delay my normal Saturday morning run - since Monday is a holiday, I'm going to get my long run in then.
Procrastination - isn't it a wonderful thing?

The boys braved the heat and went to the football game. The girls stayed at home and made pretzels. They were yummy.

I managed to take my "sunrise" and self portraits today:
