Next Stop - Manarola, The Cinque Terre

The Lover's Lane drops you off in Manarola, the sister village to Riomaggiore. I can't get enough of the colorful Italian buildings, built into the rocky shoreline.

Manarola, Italy

Interesting doors in the village, including this one, complete with a bottle of wine hanging from the downspout!
Lovely Door
I used the Pioneer Woman's Soft and Faded Action

The next leg of the hike is purported to be the easiest section of the lower trail, leading to the middle village of Corniglia.

Beautiful! But it does look like you would need to be in good shape to live there.

Wonderful shots... such a scenic place, I'd love to capture those houses!

What a beautiful, typical village

This is so romantic. It reminds me of Pescache and Vieste, two little towns I visited on the Adriactic years ago. Makes me want to go back.
