LifeSignatures - Hello Canvas - Family Entry

My Bloggy friend, Puna, who pens LifeSignatures, has teamed up with Hello Canvas with a great giveaway - a 16"x20" canvas.

I recently ordered a large canvas from Hello Canvas and I can personally attest that they have a beautiful product. I plan to order more canvases, but *maybe*, I'll win Puna's giveaway!

The theme for the giveaway - a photo that represents "Hello - Family". My entry - this fun photo of some wacky friends who are like family to me (well, the guy in orange is my hubby, so I guess he really is family):



The story behind the picture - We toured Italy with Dave and Dawn, great friends of ours from Michigan. We haven't gotten together since 2003, and where do we re-unite? In the mountains near Sestola, Italy, at Dave's extended family's farmhouse. Dawn wanted to use the sickle on Air France, after their long journey to Italy, including a 30 hour delay in Detroit, then a sprint through Charles DeGaulle Airport, only to arrive in Florence without their checked luggage. I think I would be crankier after that kind of experience!

But that's what you do with family - laugh at the experience and poke fun at it.
