180/365 - The Best Pasta

The Best Pasta

Well, it's the best pasta right now, but my opinion could change very quickly in a few weeks....

We cooked up some DeCecco pasta while visiting Michele and Andrew in London, and I had never experienced such thick, yummy spaghetti noodles. It just absorbed the flavors of the sauce perfectly.

I found some in a specialty store last week, so we're having pasta tonight.

10.07.01 - Pasta For Dinner

Bacon, leeks, garlic, tomatoes, cooked with a light wine / stock sauce. Finished off with Parmesan cheese. Yum!

  1. I really prefer Barilla pasta, but then again, I've never tried this kind! I am going to have to hunt some down. Sounds great and that picture is just mouth watering. Yum!
