123/365 - Tofu Prep

Yes, our household loves tofu and here's the proof - Brian helped me make the tofu salad tonight. [I'm not sure if "tofu salad" is the correct name, but seems appropriate - maybe Chinese tofu is more accurate].

10.05.04 - Tofu Preparations

The prep -
Chop 2-3 cloves of garlic and grate 1 tsp of fresh ginger
cut up 2-3 green onions
Combine with soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil (I don't measure, but probably 2 T soy, 1/2 T vinegar and 1/2 T oil)
Cdd 1/2 tsp of garlic hot sauce
Cube a block of firm or extra firm tofu (come on, doesn't that look good?)
Cubed Tofu

Combine all together
top with freshly ground pepper
Give it Some Pepper

Enjoy!

My kids love this stuff! No leftovers. Really.
