POTD - Red Barn

Today's picture honors the farmers I saw working the fields today, in 25 degF temperatures, with whipping winds. I feel for them. In the 7 years we've been here, I don't ever recall seeing corn in the fields in December.

I took the picture on Tuesday - this barn sits next to the abandoned farmhouse, but the piles of gravel are new. You can see the cornfield behind the barn.
