POTD - Guitar Repairs

At the company holiday party last night, the featured after dinner entertainment consisted of a local band, "The Duelin' Hillbillies". Truthfully, I didn't expect much (I'm not a country fan by any means), but these guys were decent - their lead singer had a great voice, and no performance antics. [Last year, we were subjected to an Elvis impersonator]

Leaving early, we walked out the north entrance of the hall, walked about 10 steps when I peaked back into the performance to catch the lead singer frantically re-stringing his guitar in the middle of a song.

I guess the incident happened in the 30 seconds or so it took us to walk out and down the hallway. The rest of the band was still playing, so it is true when they say "the show must go on".
