My goodness, Shirley, he IS keeping an eye on you! Really like the DOF and the POV on that fence shot; very cool. Congrats on the new camera! My friend ML (periwinkle eye,although she hasn't posted lately)has that camera...you will love it!

He seems to be almost pacing as he watches you! Shirley, what made you decide on the D300? I've been debating between that and the D90, probably closer to Christmas. If you haven't shot RAW before, you're going to love it! It. . . well. . . does everything!
