All Cut Up

Today's picture of the day is courtesy of the Pampered Chef and their Julienne Cutter. This was my first attempt at using the tool, and I have to say, it was a success. Perfect strips of carrot, effortlessly formed and ready for Pad Thai.



I also used my photo editing software to adjust the exposure (I purposely under exposed because I didn't have enough light) and colors.
