Gratitude Post 7 - Home

Our home, encased in snow from February 2007.

With the cold winds of November finally blowing into town, I am so grateful for my home. My home keeps us warm, comfortable and safe. There are aspects of our home that I don't really care for (like the drafty windows), but they are minor when compared to all the great things it provides us.

We honkered down today with the chilly, grey skies outside, wrapped ourselves in blankets on the couch and lit a fire.


Made lasagna and cake for dinner.
